What does PinFlex mean for our global team?
PinFlex enables leaders and teams to determine the best way to work and collaborate, with flexibility grounded in the needs of each role. For positions that require regular in-office collaboration, employees are expected to live within a specific area or region and meet in-person or commute expectations. For roles without a regular office requirement, employees may live anywhere within their country or region of employment.
With PinFlex, every employee will be expected to come into Pinterest offices for in-person collaboration moments throughout the year. At Pinterest, we believe that experiencing our offices in-person and creating the opportunity to collaborate and connect with others is essential. Our offices provide an energizing atmosphere with world-class technology, collaboration tools, on-site dining (some locations), and more!
We offer wifi, mobile and commuter subsidies to all Pinterest employees. New team members receive a stipend to support home office set up expenses.
PinFlex offers the Global30 Program for eligible employees. With leadership approval, employees may spend up to 30 calendar days working outside their country of employment over a rolling 12-month period.
